Course Registration:
- Registration for our courses is subject to availability and acceptance by POINT Firearms Instruction LLC.
- Payment is required in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in the course.
- Refunds are available only in accordance with our refund policy.
Participant Conduct:
- Participants must comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our instructors.
- Disruptive behavior or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the course without refund.
Liability Waiver:
- Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with firearms training and agree to release POINT Firearms Instruction LLC from any liability for personal injury or property damage incurred during the course.
Cancellation Policy:
- POINT Firearms Instruction LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered alternative arrangements or a refund.
Intellectual Property:
- All course materials, including but not limited to instructional content, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of POINT Firearms Instruction LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Governing Law:
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, United States.
